Rain Guarantee

If it rains within 7 days of your service, and you do not think your windows are clean, we will re-wash the affected exterior windows at no charge.

• Do I need to do anything to prepare for my window cleaning?

Typically, no. You may want to move anything breakable so that we have access to your windows. If you have a lot of items on your window sills, removal of these items is greatly appreciated.

• What if rain is predicted?

Don’t let a prediction of rain keep you from clean windows!

• How do you protect my home from dirt or water stains?

It is our policy to always wear shoe covers inside your home so that I don’t track any dirt inside. We also protect your window sills, draperies, walls and floor from water stains as we are cleaning.

• Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry a one million dollar liability policy. This can be adjusted if necessary for larger contracts.

• Can you provide a free estimate for my business?

Yes, we would be happy to provide you a free estimate.
